Background Required:

-     Design experience of pumps or electric motors; slurry pumps a plus

-     Ability to take a nugget of a concept and develop it into a completed product

-     Strong initiative and communication skills

-     Should be able to communicate in English

-     Experience with some form of AutoCAD
